  • Personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming
  • Assistance with household management skills
  • Assistance with appointments
  • Developing your hobbies and interests

Shared/Independent living supported accommodation

  • SIL (Single independent living) is best suited for participants who have high support needs
  • Shared accommodation is when you share accommodation with others

Provisions include:

  • General household cleaning and laundry
  • Assistance with catching public transport
  • Transport assistance to appointments

Household
tasks

  • We understand how important a clean and tidy home is for health, safety and comfort. These services are on a regular or occasional basis depending on your choice. Some of the tasks includes:

  • Personal Hygiene including showering, dressing and grooming
  • Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping

  • This service encourages personal development, enhances independence and increases opportunities to participate in the community. You can work on learning to use public transport, developing skills for community and normal day-to-day living activities

High Intensity Daily
Personal Activities

  • These are complex specialized services which our trained experienced nurses provide with care and dedication.

Services include

  • Complex bowel care including stoma care.
  • Tracheostomy care – (help with breathing equipment).
  • Enteral nasogastric – jejunum and duodenum feeding
  • Severe dysphagia management (for those with swallowing problems)
  • Urinary catheter management
  • Complex wound management
  • Diabetes & Insulin management
